 - This procedure clarifies the steps to be followed that relate to planning the capabilities of the workshops to produce the different products in the production units
Field of application :
- The one entrusted with these procedures in the production unit is the General Administration for Planning and Production Control
Responsibility for use:
General managers in departments of planning, operation, finishing, assembly, quality, design and needs in the production unit
Definitions
Production planning:
                  Achieving the estimated study of how to convert the drawing into the final contracted product, in order to achieve conformity of the product to the specifications and drawings.
Download:
            It is the process of determining the required operating step for the part or assembly on the loading card and handing it over to the workshop for implementation.
Assay:
           It is a statement of the materials, supplies and tasks necessary to produce various products, whether they are contractual or other work (research - maintenance --...) and are carried out in coordination with the design department and on the basis of which the cost of the product is known in terms of raw materials and requirements.
Control of materials:
         It is intended to control the balances of the items in the main stores.
