 Duties of the Director of the General Administration of Projects - Arab Organization for Industrialization

 1- Introduction:

          The Arab Organization for Industrialization is considered one of the largest bodies that contain a group of good factories to carry out work in the manufacture of utility missions, civil missions, and various military missions......
 Therefore, the head of one of the industrial units was interviewed and a meeting was held with me to work with him, the engineering consultant of the chairman of the board of directors - an engineering consultant - and that the salary will be in accordance with the regulations of the authority, with the provision of a car for my owners to go and return, and my CV was taken for approval from the authority and that was in March 2019.


2- The body organ:

   - I was notified by phone from the Administrative Affairs that some documents had been completed, and copies of the documents were sent via WhatsApp.
  - I was notified again by the agency to conduct an interview with the general manager of human resources in the agency.
  - The director of human resources in the agency was interviewed, and he stated that I am a candidate for the position of director of the general administration of projects in the unit in which I worked, the first meeting. We note here that the job title was changed from engineering consultant to director of the general administration of projects.


- I was notified by phone again to come to the agency and meet an employee in administrative affairs.
- The competent employee was interviewed and stated that the certification had arrived, and he had to do a medical examination at the Commission’s hospital, as well as make the acquaintance document (the security report).
The medical examination document and the acquaintance document were received.


- We went to the Authority Hospital in Maadi for the medical commission, and tests were done for the virus, drugs, AIDS, internal medicine, heart, eyes, weight, bones, brain, nerves, and all the required examinations. The result was - medically fit - on 7/5/2019, and the result was sent to the medical department of the device through the hospital.
- The remaining acquaintance document (the security report) has passed for more than 4 months and the work of the security report has not been completed for me.
- The head of the unit was contacted in June to find out whether the security report has arrived or not. His Excellency stated that it did not arrive, and I told him that there are two companies that want to contract with me, and I am postponing that until the decision on the security report.


    - I was contacted by the head of the unit that the security report had arrived.
         - I contacted the administrative affairs and the office of the general manager of employment, and he stated that the security report had arrived, and therefore the memorandum was made for the team's sovereignty for approval.
           - The appointment decision was issued on 4/7/2019 - Thursday - and I was notified by the head of the unit at exactly one o’clock in the afternoon.
               - The decision was handed over to the unit’s representative on Sunday 7/7/2019.
                      A copy of the decision was delivered to me on the same day 7/7/2019.

3- Production unit:

                   - I went to the headquarters of the production unit on the 10th, and the work was received with the completion of some documents, the submission of some photos, and the setting of work times according to the regulation from 7:30 in the morning until 3:30 in the afternoon, and Friday and Saturday are off.
      - On Thursday morning, July 11, I went to work, and one hour after I entered the factory, I suddenly fell silent at work, and the doctor came and said that I should rest at home, and I was not transferred to the hospital as a work injury, or to be transferred to the hospital at the Authority in a moment.
     - As a result, my health condition and level of awareness deteriorated, and I was booked in the intensive care and intensive care unit for the necessary examinations and x-rays, where it was found that there was a hemorrhage under the dura mater in the brain, and surgery was performed to empty the bleeding (I had a brain operation for bleeding and blood clots on July 13 - Friday -)
      I was given a month off after the operation.
          - Returning to work on Saturday, 17/8/2019, and the office - the headquarters of the Director-General - was determined to sit in it to carry out my duties to work. There is no air conditioning, there is no computer, there is no private bathroom in the office, there is a public cycle for the sector and it is not clean, and there is no cleaning services personnel except for one person only, and the existing water cycle is not suitable and there is no water for washing.
- His Excellency Major General - Chairman of the Board of Directors - was interviewed and he was informed that the furniture and room are not suitable for sitting or starting work. He said, “Write your requests and give them to the General Director of the sector, then he presents them, and the furniture and other supplies are arranged.”
- Requests for the office to be ready to work were submitted to the general manager of the sector from the second day to meet the general chairman of the board of directors and so far no action has been taken.
- The specific means of transportation for me - Shaheen’s car with 2 general managers and the driver attends at half-past six in the morning and returns from the factory around half-past seven in the evening, and of course, the other managers were late after the official working hours on the pretext that they had a job.
- The general - the director of the sector - was interviewed and was told that returning home after the official working hours by an hour to 3 hours
- The Director of the Office of the Chairman of the Board of Directors - General - was informed of the parking lot on the way and back
- I was contacted by the campaign office and was informed that a microbus with workers and employees had been identified. It runs at half-past three, and it will be my means of transportation starting on 08/26/2019
- The microbus arrived at about 3:30 in the afternoon and arrived at around 5 in the evening, and it was agreed on dates for attendance in the morning at 6:30.
- The itinerary of the microbus was revealed in the Helmiya, Al Naam, and Al Ma’a area
- The Director of the Office of the Chairman of the Board of Directors - General - was informed of the parking lot on the way and back
- I was contacted by the campaign office and was informed that a microbus with workers and employees had been identified. It runs at half-past three, and it will be my means of transportation starting on 08/26/2019
- The microbus arrived at about 3:30 in the afternoon and arrived at around 5 in the evening, and it was agreed on dates for attendance in the morning at 6:30.
- It became clear the itinerary of the microbus in Helmeya, An-Naam, Maadi, Ma’sara, young employees, and some technicians, and it takes a long time to assemble the employees.
- Therefore, this is not agreed upon by the Chairman of the Board of Directors before the appointment.

4- Salary:

  1- The adjusted (basic) wage: 2601.90 EGP
Acting allowance: 250 pounds
Work nature allowance: 200 pounds
Labor Day Scholarship: 10 EGP
Meal allowance: 150 EGP
Exceptional bonus: 150 EGP
Minimum bonus: 145 EGP
- Other bonuses: 136.8 pounds
- The share of the insurance factory: 573.37 pounds
- Total income: 4267.07 pounds (salary category 684 + 1389.3 + 528.6)
2- Deductions
           - Pension: 971.84 EGP
           - Earning a job: 32.58 EGP
           - Healthcare: 130.10 EGP
           - Employee care: 6.5 pounds
  Total deductions: 1141:02 EGP
3- The net monthly salary: 3076.06 pounds
The equivalent in Saudi riyals is 647 riyals per month... It is not equal to the wages of eating a dog per month, and the working hours for me leave the house at six-thirty in the morning and return at between five and seven and half-past seven in the evening, except for Saturday, it is a holiday with Friday, i.e. 13 and a half hours of work in Today, the average daily wage is 100 pounds.
How can a family consisting of 6 members, a husband and a wife, and 4 sons studying at the university and high school life with this monthly salary (electricity, water and gas bills, elevator and guard services, landline phone, internet, and mobile average 1000 pounds + treatment 560 pounds)


5- Text of resignation:

                   Mr. Major General/ Chairman of the Board of Directors
With reference to the appointment decision issued by the Authority regarding carrying out the functional tasks of the General Projects Department and the commencement of work in the factory, I would like to inform you that I submit my resignation from the duties of this position for the following reasons:
- Changing the job title from the engineering advisor to the chairman of the board of directors to the general manager of projects, according to what was agreed upon with you on March 1, 2019

The lack of a suitable work environment to perform the duties of the job.
- Using the office premises as a storehouse for priests and old files, and not painting the office.
- The lack of adequate furniture in the office of the Director-General, which is located in priests and garbage.
- The absence of a computer and a printer, the absence of several landlines, and the absence of air conditioning in the office.
- The lack of a valid and human toilet, and the existing one is a general one for the entire sector and other sectors.
The lack of a valid drinking water source in the sector's buffet.
- The lack of a decent and decent means of transportation (the current one is a microbus and has young technicians, accountants, and engineers).
These items have been requested and according to your instructions from the General Director of the sector on August 18, 2019

5 - The decision to terminate the contract was issued based on the above.


This is because I asked for a chair to sit on in the so-called office
And it became in the production unit on every tongue that I left work because of my request for a chair to sit on.
And the director of security told me that I had to tell him so that the chair could be provided for me.
And the general manager of the sector told me why I went to the director of security, and I told him that he was the one who invited me to visit his library
The general manager of the sector stated that the general, the head of the production unit, was upset and very annoyed for me to go to the office of the director of security to meet the invitation to visit the director of security in his library and stated that he wanted to attract me to the other team --- so I realized that there are two teams in the production unit that attract parties and people to each side.
How is the development in this climate?

6 - Thus - I reached the age of sixty and I had a compulsory pension from the age of 58 due to a stroke and I was sitting at home without work except for the pension of 1900 pounds after the increase.

My children are still studying at university.
