قائمة بخطوات مقابلة إنهاء الخدمة

The interview should follow the following sequence steps:
1. Arrange the employee for the interview. The employee must be informed of his or her termination, but there is no need to go into the preferred analysis of the documents that document the reasons for dismissal.
2. Inform the employee that the decision is final and can not be revoked.
3. You may inform the employee, if the situation so permits, that some alternative jobs have been studied within the company.

6. Inform the employee of the effective date of termination o
f service.
