1 - Study of the project: -

         - Studying the executive boards and technical specifications.

         - Visit the work site.

         - Determining the method of implementation and timetable of the project in principle.

         - Inventory the needs of the project (the implementation tools such as workers - materials - equipment).

         - Prepare the project schedule in a precise and detailed manner consistent with the reality of the production rates .

2 - Project Management: -

      1 - to conduct the project in a way to analyze and think carefully how to: -

         - Implementation.

         - Set goals step by step.

         - Identification of needs.

         - Studying the problems facing the project.

         - Making critical decisions that solve problems.

         - Defining the responsibilities of the organizational structure of the project.

     2.  (Key elements of project management).  

         - timetable .

         - Costs (contract costs - equipment - workers - raw materials).

         - Resources (labor - raw materials - equipment).

3 – تخطيط المشروع : -

        - تحديد الأهداف ومعرفة الإحتياجات  .

        - تحويل الأهداف إلى خطط تشمل : -

          * الخطة :-

               تحديد المستهدف فى مدة محدودة وتحديد كيفية تحقيقه من خلال توظيف الموارد المتاحة فى

               تحقيق الأهداف .

         * التخطيط :-

               عملية تحديد الأهداف وتحديد طرق تنفيذها فى ضوء المتغيرات المستقبلية وهى عملية

               Comprehensive and time-bound.

4. Reports: -

       أولاً : - التقارير الكتابية  وتشمل :

-         Timetable reports.

     ( إجراء تعديلات مطلوبة – تحديد المتغيرات المطلوبة – تحديد الأنشطة ) .

-         تقارير خاصة بموارد وتكاليف المشروع .

-         Resource and cost control reports.

-         Productivity reports.

-         Value learned reports.

-         Tendering reports for use of resources and costs.

-         Resource and cost allocation reports.

-         Reports cost values ​​and rates.

      Second: - Preparing the graphical reports:

-         Preparation of reports for graphic drawbar activity Bar charts And make the required adjustments to the graphical reports.

-         Prepare special graphical reports between different activities in the schedule.

-         Prepare resource and cost graphical reports .

       Third:   Updating the reporting data

                  A quick view of reports and control of the output of graphical reports.

5. Information systems: -

      The company's information systems department works on managing the project automatically and includes:

-         Set up project timelines.

-         إعداد الموارد المطلوبة لإنهاء المشروع وتوزيعها على مدار المشروع .

-         إعداد المتدفقات النقدية للمشروع .

-         إعداد التقارير المطلوبة للمشروع .

-         إمكانية متابعة الأعمال أثناء التنفيذ ومعرفة مدى تقدم أو تأخر الأعمال المشروع .

-         تحديد الأنشطة الحرجة بالمشروع لسرعة إنجازها حتى لا يتأخر المشروع .

6- تحديد الخطوط العريضة وتقسيم العمل بالمشروع : -

                حريق - الإضاءة – أعمال التكييف - المحولات
