The invitation was directed  by the senior management of the   Arab Company for Trade, Manufacturing and Transport Services to Mr. Eng. Talal Asaad  for an inspection visit to the company's factory in Suez and a preview of   the executed works of  the administrative building for the first and second floors and the extent of matching the works carried out with the design maps given to the implementation contractor, 13 February 2018

3- About the visit

-          The dawn of Saturday, February 10, the arrival of Mr. Talal Asaad to Cairo airport

-          A special car was sent from the Arab company to Cairo airport to be transferred by Eng. Talal Asaad

-          A drive from Cairo Airport to the Stella Di Mare Hotel in Ain Sukhna was reached by 7:00 am

-          The Arab Company has booked a hotel in Ain Sukhna - Stella Di Mare - to establish a sovereign during the visit

-          The hotel was directed to the hotel at 7:00 am to take a boat from the hotel to the factory of the Arab company in Suez

-          The Arab Company paid all the costs from the establishment and maintenance of the company

-          The factory was reached at 9 am on 10 February

-          Saturday, February 10 - Senior management officials of the Arab company were interviewed at the factory. Traffic was passed   with them   and the administrative building was inspected   quickly. During their visit and their presence at the factory, a meeting was held with Smart Company, which executed the administrative building and business inspection for the first role. The meeting table in Jouara continued on this   day until the farewell from the door of the administrative building at the end of the last day of the visit - Tuesday 13 February -

-          Sunday, February 11 completion of the first and second floors of the administrative building and then the facades of the building and then the fourth floor

-          Monday, February 12, at the request of Eng. Talal, the meeting with 4 contracting companies, which are working in the work site in the factory in Suez. They are Ahmed Wali Company, Al-Mustafy Company, El Fath Co. for Paving and Roads, International Company for Protection Systems and Security, Yasser El-Sabak. In all meetings and attendance of all meetings held in the conference room in the first floor of the administrative building

-          Tuesday 13 February Completion of the inspection with Smart and a meeting with Eng. Ibrahim Samir, a Smart Company official and in the presence of Sulaiman Salem, security officer in the factory

4 - Details of the first day - February 10

-          The senior management officials of the Arab Company were interviewed: Mr. Managing Director of the Arab Company - Dr. Mohamed Salah-Jergosi, a   Greek national, at the headquarters of the administrative building.

-          The first meeting  with SMART started at 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm to start auditing the works for the first round and the second stage  of the administrative building from the architectural point of view only

 The first and second floor previews were completed with the Smart Engineer on the site and the rest of the notes were recorded

-          1 -   Required drawings detailed in the real situation and the drawings submitted are executive drawings
