 Research and design:

Create an infrastructure for design and research activities, with periodic development for future accreditation

1- Focusing on deepening the design and local manufacturing of one of the fields of manufacturing p --------- to reach competition with foreign companies in a period ranging from 7 years to 10 years

2- Updating the research and design system for the coming years with allocating a financial provision for each year separately

     Establishing and refining design cadres of manpower

     The main goal is to transfer design technology to the factory and develop and dispense with the foreign side in the design of vehicles that are manufactured in the factory (mobile units)


The mechanical and human power of the plant:

 Continuing to develop production lines in the factory to maximize dependence on automatic production methods and reduce dependence on manpower to ensure the required level of quality and implement the plan of replacement and renewal of machines and operation of the authority's units and the local market

1- A statement of the replacement and renewal of the automatic energy of the plant for the coming years, qualitatively and financially estimated for each year separately, the type and cost of each machine

2 - Determining the plant’s requirements for manpower for the coming years and each year separately and making use of the surplus energy between units for specific periods according to the loading rates in each unit.

Information Systems

1 - Updating the information systems for the coming years with determining the financial value for each year, updating the existing work systems in the factory and adding new systems, the aim of which is to automate all factory departments and the production planning system. This requires updating the current network and working to connect the network to all production workshops and public and subsidiary stores

Domestic manufacturing:

1- Preparing an integrated time plan to achieve and implement the systems of deepening the local manufacturing of the production unit (the factory) with clarification of the procedures, activities and cost for each activity separately.

the quality

1- Achieving the quality system on the final and interim product to ensure the required level of quality and achieve high production rates

2- Development and awareness of quality concepts and standards for those who are blind, with the aim of reaching a complete match between realistic production and the certificates granted to the factory.


Vision of the future:

1- How to increase the factory's revenues in the coming period

2- Future plans for production and how to implement them for all factory units

3- Operating for others, making use of the automatic energies of the factory, and bringing in foreign projects or sister companies to implement them inside the factory

4- How to increase and develop human development in the coming period and raise the efficiency of workers in terms of technical and livelihood to keep pace with their counterparts in similar companies of care, sponsorship, salaries and living

5- Matching and analyzing manpower to keep pace with competing and global companies and according to actual work requirements

6- Allocating sufficient investments to increase the factory’s production capacity

7 - Maximizing the use of assets and buildings inside and outside the factory to generate money for the factory and not deplete the factory's budget for its maintenance
