1- Introduction

          .               And since the factory ------ is the oldest factory in the Middle East and Africa, where it was opened in the fifties of the last century (1958) and the factory is engaged in manufacturing and assembling tasks ------ with the hands and Egyptian workers of technicians, engineers and experts until it was done Only they gain extensive experience in the work of railways, metro cars and tram cars.

According to these directives, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Major General (ARDM), the Director of the Production Sector, and the Major General, Director of the Projects Sector, issued instructions to the projects sector, in cooperation with other sectors in the factory, to conduct a study and a comprehensive survey of the factory and set a complete vision for the advancement and development of the factory.

2- General location

The ----- plant consists of two parts:

1- The first part: It contains production wards, administrative buildings and warehouses, with a total area of ​​150,000 square meters

3- The second part: It contains vacant land to be used in future expansions, with an area of ​​100,000 square meters

- Finding factory documents is required from engineering drawings for the general site, wards and space floors

- Equipment documentation, inventory, technical condition and age are required

- A clear factory general drawing is required (an old picture of the general site was included in the report)

  3- Elements of development

The study relied on several elements of development, namely:

Factory infrastructure

Factory production equipment

Technical employment (technicians - engineers - managers)

- The quality system of the factory (raw materials reception stores - raw material customer stores - complete production stores - production stages - customer receipt)

- The administrative system of the factory (commercial sector - administrative sector - other sectors)

Restructuring the factory sectors and determining the specializations of each sector according to the plan to increase production and the future vision of the factory to become one of the pioneers of specialized factories in the Middle East and Africa.

 4- Scope of development work

1- The infrastructure of the factory

The infrastructure of the factory includes the following:

1.1- Facilities and constructions:

   Main networks and facilities in the plant:

       1 - The factory's electricity network (the factory feeding system for buildings and production workshops, network contents, replacement and renewal plans, preventive and sustainable maintenance plans for the network, production workshops and administrative buildings)

      2 - The factory's water network (feeding system and tracks of fresh water lines in production workshops, administrative buildings, valve rooms, pumps, line outlets, and preventive and sustainable maintenance plans)

      3 - Telephone network and information systems (which includes the internal networks of telephones and their path, data networks and information systems for the workshop buildings and administrative buildings, and the digital transformation system for production lines to raise the production efficiency of the workshops)

     4 - The sewage and industrial network of the factory (which includes sanitation paths, drainage lines, manholes, pumps, internal and general cocks for lines, preventive and permanent maintenance plans, replacement and renewal plans for valves and pipes, sewage lines and pumps requirements, as well as industrial drainage paths for workshops and how to collect and drain oils and greases resulting from the operation and cooling of machines Production lines and their disposal in the drainage lines - Is there an industrial wastewater plant in the factory to treat oils, grease and solids before they are discharged into the sewage network

    5 - The environmental system of the factory (this system includes methods of collecting oils and greases resulting from cooling and operating machines - methods of collecting feathers from the bottom of the machines - methods of collecting cutting products with plasma machines and other machines - methods for preventing and absorbing fumes from production wards during operation and during burning of the car body - Ways to prevent noise and sounds while straightening the car’s body, where international rates exceed 200 pixels are annoying sounds and employees cannot tolerate these sounds, which leads to the inconvenience of all factory employees in the administrative buildings located next to the production buildings and their exposure to diseases resulting from these sounds- Methods for preventing paint fumes During painting the body of the vehicles in the finishing and painting operations - finding an open area for the waste and scrap resulting from the operation work, collecting it, sorting it and offering it for sale in auctions, wood, plastic and feathers. Professionalism for occupational safety and health principles, and its terms or standards that are internationally and internally recognized (and it is called business) are not applied Dirty)

    6 - The firefighting network and fire alarm (which includes water fire networks and lines, and I do not know if there are areas with a fire alarm from out of order, after I pass through most of the production workshops and administrative buildings - and it contains ground or raised pipes on walls, valves and pumps, along with finding periodic and sustainable maintenance plans for the network.

   7 - The internal road network (there are internal roads between the areas of the workshops and the administrative buildings)

   8 - Internal railways (there are about 15 internal railways in the workshop buildings), which will be mentioned in detail later.

   9 - Air network (compressed for the factory) (a preventive or periodic maintenance plan and a permanent plan for the compressor rooms, valves and air lines that reach the production workshops must be set up for them to reach the correct operating pressure and prevent any air leakage in the pipelines.
