The teacher is a keen eye to discover and develop the artistic talents of students, and art is closely related to education. When a person practices art, assimilates, and tastes, art becomes an upbringing, and when education achieves its true goals and performs in the most complete way, it has what art, meaning it becomes art.
And the history of art is the history of man's practice of his life when it rises to the point of human actions that include thoughts and feelings. Therefore, works of art have been the main source for studying human life through the ages.
Art education is a distinct field of human experience that has foundations and pillars that it tries to gain to the learner, and just as studying the history of art education makes us aware and understanding of the foundations on which its historical periods were built, including the positives and negatives.
The art education teacher should study the development of philosophical concepts for the periods of art education’s history and form a clear vision for it, and the teacher who does not have a vision opens up opinions, and the teacher who is able to understand the philosophical concepts in art education is better able to analyze the concept into elements and use an appropriate method for teaching each concept.
