SYSTEM DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION

 

AIR PRESSURE WATER TANK:- Hydro-pneumatic tank, horizontal, carbon steel of welded construction, 2000 liters gross volume, designed & manufactured in accordance to receive specifications, for up to 12 bar. g working pressure, hydraulic test at 15 bar for a duration of 24 hours (leak-free but not constant pressure). Materials for shells & domed ends: commercial steel 37.2 Diameter 2070 mm Overall length over domed ends = 6600- mm. Thickness for shell = 16-mm. Thickness for domes ends = 20-mm. Clearance at bottom       400 mm. Thank shell be painted internally with anticorrosion, after sandblasting, cleaning, one layer primer anti-corrosion coating with epoxy thickness      200 microns. Thank shall be painted externally with anticorrosion, after sandblasting, cleaning, one layer primer anti-corrosion coating with epoxy thickness 80 microns, final anti-corrosion coating with epoxy 80 microns. The tank shall be fitted with:- Steel supports. Permanently attached lifting lugs.	1-1
Access Manhole with sealed flanged cover ( 500 mm I.D. PN16 ) Drain connection 3” flanged PN16 Water level gauge connections – 2 Off – 2” flanged PN16.  Combined Inlet/Outlet water connection - 4” flanged PN16. Spare water connection – 4” flanged. Inlet compressed air connection - 2” BSP. Safety relief valve connection – 2” flanged PN16. Spare connection – 2” flanged PN16. Pressure gauge connection –  ½” BSP On/Off Pressure switch connections – 3 Off - ½” BSP High (Alarm) Pressure switch connection – ½” BSP NDT reports on the shell welds ends welds, nozzles & branches welds shall be provided as well as the hydraulic test report	1-1 cont.
Fittings & mountings:-   Drain valve – 3” Flanged. Water inlet/outlet gate valve – 4” flanged. Inlet air valve – 2”. Check valve for air inlet – 2”. Safety relief valve – 2” inlet screwed connections in/out, set at 10.5 bar.g. lift pressure. Dial type pressure gauge 0 – 16 bar.g. With cock. SPDT pressure switches – On/Off. SPDT pressure switch – High-Pressure Alarm.	1-2
Level Gauge:-   Intra Automation GmbH ( Germany ) ITA3.0, Magnetically activated sight level gauge with top & bottom flanged connections on 1870 mm center to center distance, complete with level switches ( Eight PCs.) for the following functions:- Switch no.1 = high water level alarm. Switch no.2 = pump #1 off. Switch no.3 = pump #1 on Switch no.4 = pump #2 off Switch no.5 = pump #2 on. Switch no.6 = pump #3 off. Switch no.7 = pump #3 on. Switch no.8 = low water level alarm. Isolating upper valve for the level gauge – 2” Isolating lower valve for the level gauge – 2	1-3
WATER SPRAY FOR TRANSFORMERS 25 WVA   §Deluge value station DN 100, for pneum. Release, complete with all necessary values, globe values, and trimmings as drip value, manual release value, and pressure switches, incl. Sets of pneumatic actuation system at the deluge value station, consisting of diaphragm value, and all connection parts.	2

§  Power supply unit with integrated backup power batteries are included for interruptible emergency power supply, charging supervision of 2 built-in gastight batteries 12 V, capable to supply power 24 H.
§ Audible alarm heavy-duty weatherproof housing, producing a two-tone alarm, for surface mounting, protection class IP54, acc. To DIN 40 050
§ Rate-of-rise and fixed temperature detector for transformer heat detectors.
