This report
1- Definition of the weekly report of the low capacity of power plants:
It is a set of data showing the available capacities and the capacities expected to decrease during the next week in each of the generating stations.
2- The purpose of the weekly report on the low capacity of power plants:
The purpose of the report is to provide a detailed picture of the control center of the capacity available in the generation plants by predicting the capacity drop in each station.
3- Instructions for preparing the weekly report on the low capacity of power plants:
3-1: The generation stations prepare the report by filling in the weekly report form to follow up on the low capacity of the generation units. This form is symbolized by the symbol F13.
3-2: The stations send the report by e-mail to the Operation and Maintenance Planning Department every Monday of every week.
3-3: The Operation and Maintenance Planning Department checks and verifies the accuracy of the data recorded in the report and reconnects to the stations to avoid errors and observations, if any, on Tuesday of every week.
3-4: The Operation and Maintenance Planning Department prepares a weekly report on the level of deterioration in the capacity of power plants, by filling it out in Form F14.
3-5: On Wednesday of every week, the Operation and Maintenance Planning Department sends the report to the Short-Term Planning Department in the interconnected network.
