3. Hybrid System

A combination of both on-grid and off-grid features.

How It Works:

Works with solar panels, batteries, and the grid.

Stores energy for later, but can also draw from or send to the grid.

Advantages:

Reliable during blackouts.

Efficient use of solar power and backup energy.

Limitations:

Higher cost and complexity.

Needs smart inverters and system management.
