FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM

1-DIRECT FIRE TRACE SYSTEM
    fire trace system shall consist of one or more standard weight capacity of rechargeable cylinders of suitable extinguisher agent which compatible with hazard fitted with a combination discharge and pressure -reducing valve .plus combined fire-detection and agendistribution system that mainly consist of a 6mm O.D.  flexible extruded polymer tube known as fire trace tube
-fire trace tube shall be red-colored relatively hard but flexible extruded thermoplastic matrial which weakens  rapidly when heated ,and burst to allowing the suitable extinguishing gas under pressure with sufficient amount to total flooding suppression small flaming or somoldingfire in the enclosure within  second
-fire trace tube shall be installed throughout the enclosure so that it is as close as possible to potinal sources of ignition ,or particular items to be protected.
-cylinders shall be equipped with robust constructed valves ,a pressure gauge to monitor cylinder pressure.
-cylinders shall be constructed from steel or aluminum and cylinders shall be equipped with a straight siphon  tube and can only be mounted in avertical position.
- cylinder shall be provided with wall mounted painted steel bracket is used to the mount the cylinder/valves assembly in avertical  position .each bracket is equipped with two-2- integral quick clamp straps.
- all components of system shall be UL and FM listed.
-system shall be included installed normaly open/normaly closed low pressure switch. this allows the discharge of a system to be monitored and integrated with the fire alarm or building management system.this output signal can perform other function as required  i.e soundind alarms ,shutting dowen equipment.
