LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR SUBSTATIONS-نظام الاضاءة في محطات التوزيع الكهربائية

1 نطاق
1.1        تغطي هذه المواصفات أساسًا التصميم والتصنيع واختبار المصنع ،
تسليم وضمان لنظام الإضاءة.
2- تعاريف
2.1        التدفق الضوئي ( f ):
                                                 هي   الكمية الإجمالية للضوء المنبعث في ثانية واحدة من مصدر الضوء ويقاس بواسطة لومن (Lm) - العلاقة بين الطاقة الكهربائية و 
التجويف هو: -
            1 واط = 681   شمعة.

في 2.2   كمية الضوء (س):

إنها كمية الضوء المنبعثة ساعة واحدة نتيجة التدفق الضوئي الذي يساوي 1 لومن من مصدر الضوء ويقاس بالساعة لومن (Lm.hr).

 F = f x t   Lm .hr

وهو مشابه لوحدة الطاقة الكهربائية واط. ساعة (wh).

2.3        الكثافة المضيئة (I):

أنا =   و م / ش.

حيث: f هو التدفق المضيء و w هي الزاوية الصلبة أمام السطح والتي يتم قياسها بالستريديان (st).         

2.4        الإضاءة (E):

يكون التدفق الضوئي عموديًا على مساحة وحدة السطح ويقاس بالكس (LX).

أي 1 لوكس = 1 Lm / م²


2.5        كفاءة مضيئة ( ح ):

هي النسبة بين خرج التدفق الضوئي إلى الطاقة الكهربائية المستهلكة في مصدر الضوء وقياسها بواسطة لومن / واط (Lm / w):

             h = الإخراج المضيء Lm / w      

                        قوة فعالة


2.6        عامل استخدام الغرفة ( h R ):

هي النسبة بين التدفق الضوئي ( f ) الموجه إلى السطح (A) ، إلى إجمالي التدفق الضوئي ( S f ) الناتج عن مصادر الإضاءة في الغرفة.

2.7        عامل الاستخدام ( h B ):

هي النسبة بين التدفق الضوئي ( f ) الموجه إلى السطح (A) ، إلى إجمالي التدفق الضوئي المعين.


3- التصنيف


3.1 يجب أن يشتمل نظام الإضاءة على إضاءة تيار متردد وحالات الطوارئ ومآخذ توصيل الطاقة ووصلات ووصلات لجميع المناطق في المحطات الفرعية.


4 - المتطلبات

4.1              الظروف البيئية

تطبق الشروط البيئية كما هو موضح في الجدول 1: -



صناديق مقبس البلاستيك مصبوب:


-            الصناديق والأغطية المستخدمة مع نظام قنوات PVC يجب أن تكون من البلاستيك المقولب بالضغط الثقيل ، بسمك لا يقل عن 2 مم.
            الإطفاء الذاتي ، مع نقطة تليين لا تقل عن 85 درجة.

-           Pull & junction boxes shall be suitable for use in conjunction with the selected raceway systems . Boxes in wet location and boxes installed out side shall be jasketed .

Plastic Plates :

Heavy gauge, break resistant, pressure moulded plastic, white or ivory colour .


4.4.6.4 Wires & Cables

General :

-           Wires and cables shall be fabricated of solid or stranded copper            conductor in accordance with IEC 60228.




Light circuits shall be wired in not less than 3mm² cables and power circuits shall be wired in not less than 4mm² cables.

-           Different circuits for power sockets in the same room shall be fed from the same phase for safety provision.

-           The insulation of all wires and cables shall be rated for at least 85 deg °C for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and 105 deg°C for thermoplastic. Poly ethylene (PE) cables .

-           The identification by colour in multicore wires and cables shall             comply with IEC 60446 .    

Wires :

-           Wires are single core insulated multicore insulated and sheathed conductors which are used only for light-duty indoor applications. The conductor insulation and the sheath shall be polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and shall be rated for 0.6/1 k.V, and shall comply with IEC 60189 .

Cables :

-           Cables for power and lighting for indoor use shall be unaramoured with a separate earth conductor. For outdoor installation, armoured cables, laid on cable trays, and in case of road crossing steel pipes shall be used.

-           The conductor insulation and the sheath shall be polyvinyl chloride (PVC), shall be rated at least for 0.6/1k.V, and shall comply with IEC 60227.

Identification of conductors by colours

The preferred colour scheme to be used to identify the cores of a flexible cables or cord is:

a)                  Three-core cable or card : either green or yellow, light blue, black or light blue, black, brown.

b)                 Four or five cores cable or cord:
Either green/yellow, light blue, black, brown and for the fifth core, black or brown.

4.4.6.5  Earthings

-           Neutral and protective earthing busbars shall be connected directly to the earthing grid.
-           A separate protective earthing conductor shall run along all feeders and where all frames of apparatus and junction boxes shall be connected to.

This conductor shall be insulated by yellow- green colored PVC or it shall be marked in all connection points by yellow- green tape.
-           All installation shall be connected to the main earth grid system.
-           Unless otherwise mentioned earthing system is the contractor responsibility to be as per standard specification.

4.4.6.6  Cable Trays

-           All component, accessories and supports shall be made of hot dip- galvanized steel, bordering shall be edge protection. All cable trays shall be earthed with a copper conductor.

-           All cables shall be laid in only one layer & it should be supported with a special ribbons.

-           Space factor doesn't exceed 50%  i.e. the C.S.A for cables does not exceed 50% from the cable tray section .

-           Distance between each two cables shall be not less than twice the          diameter for the biggest one for cable 3 .

-           The minimum load capacity shall be :-
            200mm - 150 kg/m              
            300mm - 175 kg/m              
            400mm - 200 kg/m
            500mm - 220 kg/m
            600mm - 240 kg/m

-           The regular supporting distance shall be 1500 mm .

4.4.6.7  Circuit Breakers
1-        It shall be provided with thermal and magnetic over current tripping      devices .

2-        Each circuit breakers shall have an interrupting capacity higher than the maximum available short circuit current at the supply terminal & shall be in accordance with IEC 60947-2 .

3-        All C.B's shall be in accordance with IEC 60947-2 .

4-        Main circuit breakers shall be provided with earth leakage protection and it shall be provided with remote signal contact for     circuits of control, signal, measuring and protection.

5.  MARKING

Rating plates, labels and other marking shall be clear and indelible . The rating plate shall be made of stainless steel and shall have the order number and the year of manufacture in both Arabic and English .

6.  TESTING AND INSPECTION

6.1             Testing
6.1.1   General
All panel and distribution boards shall be tested at the supplier’s expense in accordance with the latest edition of the referenced standards. Following completion of the tests, two certified copies of the test report shall submitted to the purchaser for approval. No equipment shall be supplied until the test reports has been approved by the purchaser.

6.1.2   Validity of Test Certificates

Test certificates are considered valid if the tests have been carried out within the last five years on equipment similar to that on offer using the test methods outlined in this specifications.

6.1.3       Location of Tests

Routine tests shall be carried at the supplier’ s factory.

Type tests shall be carried out at an approved independent testing laboratory or at the supplier’s factory and be witnessed by a representative of an approved independent test laboratory or other representative acceptance to the purchaser.

6.2             Inspection

The purchaser may wish to witness test or to visit the factory during manufacture of any or all items covered by this specification. Accordingly the supplier shall give the purchaser adequate notice of manufacturing schedules and one month’s notice of test schedules.

6.3             Type Tests

-         The type shall be carried out according to latest edition of IEC.

-         Any particular unit or units may at purchaser section be chosen for testing.

6.4             Routine Tests

6.4.1       Each complete panels assembly shall be  tested according to the referenced IEC standards.

6.4.2       All wiring shall be tested with 2000V megger insulation tester.

7.  SAMPLING

            Each complete distribution boards assembly shall be tested as indicated in item 6.4.

8.  METHOD OF TEST

            Testing shall be carried out in accordance with latest IEC standards.

9.  ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION

            The supplier shall forward to the purchaser, three copies of certificate proving that all tests required have been carried out and also samples & catalogues of the equipment used.

10. delivery

10.1    Packing And transport

10.1.1 Equipment shall be delivered ready for service.

11. guarantee

12.1    The supplier guarantee the delivered equipment against manufacturing, design and material defects for a period as given in the tender documents.

12.SUBMITTALS

Drawing, calculations and catalogues for the specified items of material to be supplied under this section. Other submittals listed hereunder shall include but not limited to the following :-



- Reference list of all the components.
- The arrangement of the AC sub-distribution boards.
- Different types of light fittings, lamps, switches and sockets.
- Detailed design and calculations of the lighting system.
- Cable routes and cable sizing.
- Erection drawings.

13.reference list

14.1    The tenderer shall submit a reference list that the proposed equipment have been in successful operation in an integrated system on three different substations of same or higher capacity outside country of manufacturer and/or in EEHC network during the last ten years. The experience of manufacturer and the sub-manufacturer shall be evaluated on the above basis.
