Model of non-competition agreements
Example 1:
This example is a complete agreement that you can fill and use for an employee who does not have a separate written contract.
Non-disclosure and non-competition. (A) At all times when this Agreement is in force and after its termination or revocation, the [name of employee] shall agree to refrain from disclosing the lists of [company name] clients, trade secrets or any other material of a confidential nature. The [name of employee] is also bound to agree to take reasonable security measures to prevent any detection of counter-information or industrial espionage.
(B) At the time when this Agreement is in force, the Employee shall agree to make the maximum of [his / her efforts] in [the description of the post] and to comply with the terms of this Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement.
