Model of non-competition agreements
Example 1:
This example is a complete agreement that you can fill and use for an employee who does not have a separate written contract.
Non-disclosure and non-competition. (A) At all times when this Agreement is in force and after its termination or revocation, the [name of employee] shall agree to refrain from disclosing the lists of [company name] clients, trade secrets or any other material of a confidential nature. The [name of employee] is also bound to agree to take reasonable security measures to prevent any detection of counter-information or industrial espionage.

Example 2:
This example is part of a larger agreement, such as a business contract or employee manual. Therefore, you can use it as a separate agreement or merge it into another larger document.
