This report contains a description of the guidelines for preparing the operating priorities table report for generating station units and includes the following:

1- Definition of the operating priorities table report:

It is a table that determines the priority of operating the generating station units according to the cost of producing the unit of energy in the central and eastern generating business areas.

2- The purpose of the operational priorities table report:

The purpose of the report is the economic operation of the generating units to reduce the cost of energy production to the least possible.

3- Instructions for preparing the operational priorities table report:

3-1: The preparation of the operational priorities table report shall begin by filling in the following forms:

3-1-1: Maintenance cost calculation form, which is prepared by the Maintenance Planning Department, and this form is symbolized by the symbol F15.

3-1-2: Performance Test Results Form prepared by the Quality and Performance Department. This form is symbolized by the symbol F16.

3-1-3: The fuel and additives price form, which is prepared by the Fuel Department, and this form is denoted by the symbol F17.

3-2: Forms F15, F16, F17 are sent to the Performance Department in mid-April of each year.

3-3: From mid-April to the end of April, the Performance Section in the Operation and Maintenance Planning Department works on extracting the cost of fuel and maintenance for the production of the power unit in the units of the generating stations.

3-4: The Operation and Maintenance Planning Department sends to the Eastern Business District at the beginning of May of each year the initial table of priorities for operating the units of generating stations in the Al Wusta Business District to complete the entry of the generation stations in the Eastern Business District.

3-5: The Eastern Business District sends a schedule of operational priorities after entering the generating station units at the beginning of May of each year.

3-6: In the middle of May of each year, the Performance Section in the Operation and Maintenance Planning Department issues a schedule of operating priorities for the generating station units in the central and eastern business regions by filling out a form for the priority schedule for operating the generation stations in the central and eastern business regions, and this form is symbolized by the symbol F18.

3-7: The schedule of operating priorities for the generating station units in the central and eastern business regions is sent to the Network Operations and Control Department - the interconnected network in mid-May of each year.
