 The role of the teacher is to create the learning environment and manage it properly in order to bring about the appropriate change in the behavior of learners, and to set laws and procedures for learning activities.

Second: the learner

     The learner is the target of the educational process, as education seeks to guide the learner and prepare him for life and in order to achieve this his needs must be known, and the teaching process must meet the needs of the learner so that it is not limited to a number of lessons per week inside the classroom walls, but must go beyond the classroom to the external environment This is to provide the opportunity for a variety of educational situations in which the learner interacts and achieves physical, mental, emotional and social development to a degree that meets his needs and demands that he cannot express openly.

Third: the course material

    The study material represents the message that is sent from the teacher to the learner through his interaction with the teacher during his active participation with all components of the curriculum. The knowledge that determines its structural structure to the degree that contributes to the development of the mental abilities and skills of the learner and his acquisition of appropriate tendencies and values, and the relationship between the nature of the study material and the appropriate teaching methods for it must be taken into account.

Fourth, the learning environment

   The learning environment means all the factors affecting the teaching process and contributing to achieving a good environment for learning in which interaction takes place between the teacher, the learner and the subject matter, facilitating the teacher’s performance of his message and increasing the learner’s pride in his school and community. These factors are divided into:

Physical factors including equipment, library, playgrounds, school location and cleanliness, healthy atmosphere and availability of transportation.

Educational factors include textbooks, references, educational activities, museums, teaching methods, examinations, assessment methods, verbal interaction within the classroom and its management.

Social factors include social interaction in the school, discipline and order in school management, the relationship between school and home, guidance and counseling, and the relationship between school and society.
