            After Greetings ,,

      With reference to your request to study and submit a proposal for the compost storage unloading system in your esteemed company as a backup system in the event of the failure of the basic unloading system they currently have, we are pleased to present our following offer:

Technical Description

 

1-1 The proposed system is based on the use of a Belgian industrial hood, which achieves a medium discharge capacity of not less than 150 tons/hour, which is characterized by not containing silicon, which greatly reduces the cracking of fertilizer granules, and therefore it is usually used in unloading materials and grains with weak resistance to breaking.

1-2 The hood is equipped with a self-cleaning bag filter to prevent dust, and it sucks the manure and dumps it over an intermediate conveyor belt.

1-3 The chassis contains a set of rubber wheels to move the chassis with the hood in any desired direction (whether longitudinal or transverse), and the hood can be rotated around its vertical axis over a tray so that the entire store can be emptied from either direction.

1-4 The remaining quantity at the far right of the warehouse is suctioned with a special wheeled suction device that is supplied with the suction and is installed on the intake hose by means of flexible connections and is moved manually on the floor of the store to suck out all the remains.

1-5 The electric supply of the hood, the moving chassis, and the transverse belt is carried out by cables attached to them and ends with a plug to connect it to an electric feeding tube installed on the longitudinal wall of the store at regular distances approximately every 20 meters (these sockets are supplied and installed with your knowledge).

Prices

 

The price of supplying the aforementioned system (3850000 pounds) is only three million eight hundred and fifty thousand pounds (prices do not include sales tax).

Payment method :

 

     50% down payment against a bank letter of guarantee and the rest with a local documentary credit to be paid as follows:

     40% of the full value (80% of the credit value) when the missions arrive at your warehouse,

     10% of the full value (20% of the credit value) upon completion of the initial receiving trials.

Delivery and installation time:

Six months from the date of receiving the advance payment.

Offer Validity:

 the month of its date.

warranty period :

  We guarantee all supplied equipment for a period of one year from the date of initial receipt.

 In return for a bank guarantee letter of 5% of the contract.
