1-  Atomizing Air Compressor

Scope of work to be followed:

 

       ¨         Collect and transport the compressors from PP7.

       ¨       Inspection of the compressors after dismantling.

       ¨         Check the runouts for the rotors and bearings.

       ¨         Checking of rotor clearances.

       ¨           Submission of the inspection report stating all the repair work to be done and priced a list of replacement spares.

       ¨         Dispatching to PP.

2-Work Scope for inspection of Main Atomizing Air Compressor

Scope of work to be followed:

 

 

           ¨         Collect and transport the compressors from PP7.

           ¨         Disassembly and cleaning of parts.

       ¨         Submittal of inspection report clearly stating the list of replacement parts.

           ¨         Final QA inspection.

           ¨         Dispatching to PP7.

           ¨Submit report on work performed.

 

3- Work Scope for Repair of Turbine Bearing Liners

  

1.      Collect and transport the bearing from the PP- site.

2.      Perform incoming inspection.

3.      Solvent clean and visual inspection.

4.      Perform dimensional check.

5.      Skim cut to remove damaged Babbitt.

6.      Weld buildup Babbit  linings.

7.      Final machine bearing bore and oil grooves as per drawing sizes.

8.      Final dimensional check.

9.      Perform an ultrasonic test of babbitt bonding.

10.  Final clean and QA inspection.

11.  Dispatch to PP-.

12.  Submit a report.


4 - Work Scope for Repair of Lube Oil Heat Exchangers

 

           ¨         Collect and transport the heat exchangers from PP7.

           ¨         Thorough cleaning of heat exchanger tube bundles (both from inside & outside)

           ¨       Pressure testing (250PSI) as per TEMA standard /ASME Div.1 Sec. VIII – Heat Exchanger Unfired.

           ¨       Repair of leaking tubes and rectify the leakage without plugging any tube.

           ¨         Replacement of leaking tubes up to 10% if necessary.

           ¨         Straightening and cleaning of tube fins.

           ¨       Final QA inspection.

           ¨       Dispatch to PP.

           ¨       Submit final report on each heat exchanger.

           ¨       The delivery period per shipment of heat exchangers is 6 weeks from the date of site hand over.  reserves the right to give any number of heat exchangers in each shipment depending upon the availability.

           ¨       Warranty of 2 years.



5 -  Work Scope for manufacturing of cooling fans at pp

            ¨         Transport the fan sample from PP7.
           ¨         Reverse engineering of the fans as per sample.
           ¨         Balancing the fans that work at 370 rpm.
           ¨         Contractor has to visit the site to check the work required.
           ¨         Submit final report for each fan.
           ¨       Delivery period for the fans is 8 weeks from the date of the purchase order.
