-    Egyptian code for fire fighting standards, law N058.

-    Civil defense law no 48, labor law No 137 and their decrees.

            - NFPA 15: water spray fixed systems for fire protection.

- High-velocity water spray system for transformer, system design, and installation instructions (automatic sprinkler carp of America).

-      BS 5306: part 4 – 1986 “ Total flood method of application”

-        IEEE 979-1999 –a guide for substation fire protection.
